Chocolate Chia Pudding

A perfect swap for oatmeal or overnight oats. Also, the first word in this recipe is chocolate, need we say more?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

Process

  1. Add milk, protein powder, and chia seeds to a blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and the chia seeds are well incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass jar or container with a lid.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours. You can do more or less, depending on how thick you want your chia pudding.
  5. Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy chocolate chia pudding!
  6. Once the chia pudding has thickened, remove from the fridge and top with berries and a drizzle of almond butter. Serve and enjoy your delicious and healthy chocolate chia pudding!

Tips:

  • For the protein powder, I like mixing half chocolate and half peanut butter for taste.
