Peanut Butter, Avocado & Greens Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • 2-3 cups of greens
  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or PB fit
  • 1/3 of a banana
  • 1 scoop of collagen powder
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 scoop of seeds (like zen basil or chia)
  • 1.5 cups of nut milk

Process

  1. Mix and blend everything

Tips:

  • We recommend swiss chard and spinach for this one
  • If your blender is not high speed, blend the greens and nut milk first. This will help prevent any large pieces of spinach.
  • You want a total of at least 25 grams of protein
  • If the protein powder is too sweet, I like 1 scoop flavored + 1 scoop unflavored (like collagen peptides)
  • Optional: 1 date if you want it to be a little sweeter or 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder if you want a little peanut butter chocolate option!
  • If you are hungry in less than 4 hours, increase your protein and fat next time you make this smoothie
